Reputation analysis for the University of St. Gallen


For the annual meeting of the Institute of Insurance Markets of the University St. Gallen, we did an online reputation analysis of the German insurance market. We examined, how companies are rated and valued and what users say about them on various social media platforms, where they can not influence the contents.

The results can be obtained at Prof. Dr. Peter Maas at the Institute for the Insurance Markets of the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). The institute will conduct further studies about the insurance markets, so stay connected with them!
