Digital Transformation at Mercedes Financial Services

On behalf of Capgemini Consulting, we supported Mercedes Benz Financial Services in developing the interface between customers (vehicle buyers and interested parties) and their financial services through additional services, from a mere presentation of a proposal to a service offering. As part of a 2-day impulse workshop, which Capgemini conducted with the managers of MB Financial Services, we visualized the workshop results overnight in a simulation that could be tested with real customers the next morning.
